The history of South Range begins with the Wheal Kate Mining Company which was organized in 1851. The Village was never designed to be a mining company town, but rather to serve as a business and residential hub serving the people who worked for the mines of the local area. This volumn covers subjects beginning in 1905 through 1910. The author covers the village's earliest organization, churches, and the first wood-frame school. Pictures, sketches, and maps are scattered strategically throughout the book. Book is 124 pages.
